They don't look that bad. . Could you not have pointed em down a lil to get em to sit more flush? ? ? Thats how my Mustang headlights are. . . They point at the ground and to the opposite sides. . . haha. . the driver side lights up the passenger side of the road. . . and vice versa. . Well thats before the projector retrofit. .

I agree, get the newer ones, but don't beat yourself up, they dont look that bad, the driver side grille cut is wayyy off but thats the only bad part I see. . .

when i started with them the pass side was pointing up and to the driver side... like into the trees... the driver side pointed down and to the pass side... it was horrible... i like being able to see without there being a focus point where the lights cross or move close to each other... it just bugs me... i dont think it helps that my core support is all bashed up... nothin really wants to fit too well...

heres my new 4x4 fenders, drivers side already f'd up cause i hit a boat trailer tongue backing out of work the other day. i pulled the fender off and pounded most of the damage out... new fenders didnt last a week... caught the trailer tongue right at the lower part of the fender... had pulled the end cap off along with it trashin the fender...

I don't really like those 99 headlights. What you want is a set of 2000-2009 headlights from a Ranger. You can also buy aftermarket black housing ones, or projector lenses for them as well.

Otherwise, keep up the good work!

the 99 and 00 are the same shape, same curves... the 01s from the front are the same shape as the 99-00, but if you look at it from the side you can tell they are quite different. the aftermarket black housed ones we keep seein are the 99-00 shape... im rethinkin that idea at the moment... the guy i bought my 99s from had gotten the black housed projecter upgrades.... the look really good... but they are the 99 shape... they are my headlight with a projector and black housing with a clear front... i dont think they are going to look any where close to the same as the 01s...
