thats almost exactly what i was envisioning in my mind when i was thinkin flatbed it with the new tubs instead of the old factory ones... that looks pretty tits for a flatbed old school

yeah dev, stick weld, welds didnt hold and i went with a bar bracket support to hold the fenders on. no problems with them since the new bars.

here are the new 02 rangers, i played with them today and got them to sit right and they look good now... wired in the high beam turn signal to be just a running light... i gots some bright yellow when i turn on my running lights... pix of that to come later...

lights look great. i like the running light idea for the inners. my friend jo did that with his and it looks great in the day. it brings the truck up to date like the newer vehicles running around.

thats about the response that i get... that the truck looks newer than it is... i have to constantly tell people its a 91 mazda with 240k miles... watching the jaw drop is funny... then always comes the "why?" and "how much time/money" questions. ive heard people refer to my truck as a "really small car" or ask me if its a drag race truck... just cause im running around without a bed... i like being different... draws just enough attention...

ive been workin so much, that the little time i have had to work on the mazda ive either been playin with the headlights (which im done with now, except for a little adjustment), and ive been working on trying to "finish" my passenger side door handle shave.
