Well as promised the Yota bumper mounted up and pics for you whores out there lol j/k
I used the stock Courier mounts just drilled two holes in the front of the bumper. I need to make some brackets to hold up the sides so it doesn't sag and make about a inch spacer to push the bumper out so it matches the fender arch. I'm also thinking about sectioning it a little in the center to get it closer in to the fenders. I'm thinking that with a lower Valance on it I may drag it on the ground

dude when you get the valance thats gonna look bitchin

man this things turning out sweet. that bumper looks tight. and the valance will make it look way better.

bumper fab isn't my favorite thing!! be careful cuttin and weldin it back together. they like to move!!! i heard that when you weld chrome it gives off a poisonous gas, so be sure to grind off the chrome nickel and copper.

Yea I know I heard about the gases before that's why it would be fully ground down to bare metal then eventually re chromed. If I do section it that is it fits pretty decent it has about a inch gap in each side of the fenders. So who knows depends on if I feel experimental lol
