Heres all the work i did while installing my webber, decided to take off the intake and port match it to the gaskets and head. Also port matched the adaptor plates for the webber. Took off a lot of mateial on all so should make for much better flow. Weber runs and sounds great!

nice work. these engines have so much displacement (well, considering they make about 90hp), that there are a couple easy ways to free up some power.

did you just use rubber plugs? Anyone know how you can smooth out the holes?

Rubber plugs for what? You don't want to smooth the intake the texture is what helps mix the air and fuel
