I wanted to get some pictures up of my ride so far- I'm doing a completed restore and build on my 93' B2200.
This truck is getting the F2T from the MX-6 GT, utilizing the stock fuel injection harness and computer from an 89' MX-6 GT! The head/ cam is from canada- the bongo engine, the distributor is custom made. I'll post more pictures of the engine as it gets going. Right now I just got the body back from paint, and the frame has just been painted, so I'm assembling the frame and getting it ready for the new body.

Here are some more pictures. This truck is "Static" dropped with 3 inch Bell tech leafs, Ford 8.8 inch rear end from an exploder- it's a 3.73 unit, LSD, with disc brakes and five lug( and it's almost the EXACT same width as a mazda truck) I relocated the rear shocks and gas tank cross member to accomodate the rear end. I had the gas tank sectioned to make a stock tank work in the truck. The front is all new mazda bushings, loosened up torsion bars, all factory suspension with upgraded energy suspension sway bar bushings and links, KYB Monomax shocks from a Nissan truck(shorter). I removed the lower control arm bump stops from the frame.

Konig 17x8 in the back with 255/40/17's! 17x 7 in the front with 215/45/17

What do you think of those motor mounts?

Super build,I did a F2T swap last summer,am real pleased with the outcome! Wish I'd have done a rear swap as you have,The stock 3.909 rear is to deep for interstate haulin.
What turbo (AR,trim ect )are you using? I'm running the VJ11 and wish to up grade.
Thanks Gimpy

Hey thanks guys, I'll keep this thread updated as I progress. And- I never left the game- just been busy with work and collecting parts for mazdas and researching. I still have the 88 B2200 FE3 with megasquirt and the rx-7 IRS. It will get some work after this 93 is completed. I did finally find some rx8 wheels for it so it is rollin tight now !

I have a 92' B2200 you can see in the background of the picture as well. It's another single cab short bed, black, 5 speed, with a 2.2 truck engine, but it's fuel injected using the stock truck injection manifold, but a 91 mx-6 n/a harness, ecu, and air flow meter. It runs flawlessly.

I got into mx-6's since they have all the power I need for my trucks. I have 2 91 mx-6's, one is a dx swapped to a GT and the other is a true GT.
