Gimpy- I'm using a Garrett T3 from a buick grand national for the green 93. It's a stock turbo that has been rebuilt and has bigger wheels in it. I am hoping to put down 275 to the wheels with my setup, so I'll need that lsd unit out back to try to hold the power. A good friend of mine who is popular on mx-6.com has an 88 mx-6 GT with a huge turbo and stock engine and he is putting down a proven 275+ to the wheels on a chipped stock computer and harness. My goal is to have his power but RWD!

Thanks ,not sure what I'm gonna do yet,but I know I can't live with the insane heat build up with the VJ11 turbo.I commonly see 1250 Deg F @ the back side(don't have the manifold plumbed for the EGT probe yet)
I'm using Mega Squirt to run mine,Had a boost controller "accident" @ 15 psi the stock B2200 clutch kinda gives up but it does haul butt.
Thanks again Gimpy

Hello everyone again, new pictures to date, no too much more progress made, but it has progressed more

I have the back of the truck done now- the gas tank is in with a 255 walbro, new rear end is in- a narrowed 8.8 Ford unit, I narrowed it because my wheels are 8 inches in the back and I wanted them to sit correctly in the fender wells, now the tires are 1/2 inch from the frame rails- much happier. Everything is wires and plumbed in the back- including e-brake cables. Next is the glass, wiring harness, then drop in the motor and trans

Here is a pic of my 91 MX6 GT

Thanks for the comments everyone. I hope to get this thing all wrapped up within a month/ month and a half. I started with a rust free chassis and cab, had it totally repainted, and every single peice I put back on has to be new or like new condition. I used 100% new mazda door seals, window run channels, window sash trim panels, cab vents, badges, etc. All of the windsheild trim is brand new from mazda. The guys at the dealership were just looking at me with crossed eyes when I told them what I needed and what I am doing. I'm trying to stay far away from aftermarket crap and trying to keep the truck stock, but way better than stock. I'll use a mazda part before I use an aftermarket part.
