Anymore pics/info on how you shaved the upper body line?
idminitrucker (jason)   +1y
well I havent touched the truck since I got back other then going to a local little show where it took 1st under construction. I have been getting caught up on all the stuff around the house I was slacking on. Im just about ready to get back on it. I needed a brake from it, but am getting the itch to work on it again.

Yep finish the silly thing so i can drive it.

Jason did you lay the cab on the rocker or pinch welds?
idminitrucker (jason)   +1y

Its just on the pinch I put some taller body mounts on it so i didnt have to cut the floor out for the trans and to not have cut the hood, but if i build some dropped motor mounts i could lower the cab down some more but the frame is still at least a 1/4" higher then the pinch. plus the pinch gives me a little to drag a little.

k thats what I thought, the front bumper made me think that. When we built the frame it was set up to lay rocker, and that is why the front frame horns are a little lower than needed when laying pinch. The only way to lay rocker with that frame is to channel the cab 1/4 over the frame back to the xcab part where it kicks up. If you need info on anything let me know and I will be more than happy to help. Also I have build pics of the frame. I could put them on a disk and send it to you since there is too many to email.

BTW I would not have agreed before, but yours looks real good with the shaved body line.

Yeah I figured that i just ran out of time to make the bumper fit right. not sure if I will take it to the rocker or not havent made up my mind yet. I should have put the whole truck together and then taken it back apart to paint it but didnt have time for that. I think it has turned out good so far. And it seems most people like the shaved line, I knew I did and thats whys its gone. and I would like to have a copy of the pics. I have a few that I got from garricks ssm. I will Im you my address.
