Looks good!!! Clean truck to run around in. I've done several of those plastic booths, they do the trick.

ok its been over a year and a half since i've done really anything to the truck
but now its in need of an engine,
i bought a motor from one of crazymikeys parts trucks, shortly after i bought my truck and knowing i was going to be doing this in the near future, so the motor sat in the garage for almost 2 years untill now
i have to do a smog test in januarary and theres no chance in hell it would pass, so... its rebuild time!!!
i didnt get pics of it from the start but im sure you all know what a old dirty motor looks like
we did a leak down test, and did great! and then tore it apart and checked all the clearances, and did amazing
i was a realy shocked how clean the motor was inside,
so now on to the pics!!
bottom end all painted
fresh rebuilt head
shaved 8 thousands of an inch
intake manifold disassembled cleaned painted, injectors cleaned and reassembled ready to go back on
valve cover blasted and painted
engine brackets blasted and painted
coolant hard lines were run through the wire wheel and clear coated, just trying something different
had my friend make me a new timing chain tensioner cover cuz the old one looks like ass
painted timing chain cover/waterpump housing/oil pump
complete gasket kit!
and just a couple shots of the truck with a honda 50cc dirt bike that i fixed up and got running
now i need money to order: timing chain kit, oil pan, clutch, and engine mounts and then shes going in

Sweet, I haven't seen this thread. I really like the wheel/tire combo and that enging is gonna look sharp. Good work man!
