i know what i'm doing. i just dont want to do it is the problem. that and the way i'm planning on doing it isnt the easiest way to do it. i want to just cut and weld the new sides on instead of drilling out spot welds and putting the entire side on riveting it back on to the bed. its pretty simple to do it that way but its just going to take way longer than i want to spend on it. cutting and welding them would be much faster. so if someone wants to help me do that, that would be sweet. otherwise i'm going to keep doing it the way i planned to and it will just take me forever.

this thing was tweeked way more than i thought it was but its not bad.

I bought some new mirrors today from work. just got a new job so i decided to use my discount at schucks as much as i can before i quit. the mirrors were only $25 total with my discount so it seemed like a pretty good deal.

i think they look pretty good. i think i might try to clean up my old mirrors a little and repaint them cause they are built a little better than the new ones i got but the new ones look way better.

i also installed my 5 panel wink mirror.

you can see a lot out the the back now.
this is a picture from the drivers seat. you can actually see a little more than you can in the picture but i think you get the idea.

hey did you get the lights done....i put the light out of an old tail light too in mine and it worked great... cut the wires off the corners and blinker and wired it in to the new socket, it has both plugs going to the one light socket

its not bad it just takes so long and i'm kinda impatient. that and i get really crazy about details and wanting perfection so it makes the whole process a little longer.
