looks killer cody ! what did you end up polishing it with ? im glad you found a easyer way to do the bends than how we were doin it at first ! lol

its not polished. its just shiny from where i was grinding it to make all the pieces the same. i think i'm going to paint it black when i'm done.

Been a while since I've updated this. I got my STD cab gas tank mounted in the back of the truck and my air tank mounted and I'm in the process of raising the bed floor.

Haven't been on the site in ages. Not much visible progress has been made. Still struggling to find the time to work on the truck since I don't have a garage and the weather seems to always be against me. Between that, packing to move, and changing shops at work I've just have had my hands full. I was able to finish my notches and get everything mounted. Just need to mount the link bars and bar then I can put the bed back on. I finally mounted my round headlights recently and the billet grille I made. They still need some adjusting but I think they look pretty sick. The lights remind me of the old golf headlights. That's about it though. Been holding off on doing anything too big since I'll be moving in a few weeks and I'll need to drive it to my new place. I was able to drive it around a few months ago while it was snow and my new project was in the shop. That was a blast. It reminded me of home much I love driving this thing. Hopefully I'll be able to drive it again within the next few weeks. It'll be nice not having to spend tons of money on premium gas for my little hatchback rally car project that I'm driving now. Well I know you are all pic whores so I'll try to get them up tomorrow.

Good to hear you are still working on it. I hit that hurdle as well, moved to a place without anywhere to work on the truck. Not having something to cover your head and the weather being a bitch really takes the fun out of working on it. Hope to see progress soon

ok i lied. it took me a lot longer to get these posted but here they are.
