i finished painting my grill today and i wash the truck so its looking good. i was going to take some pictures but it started raining but i'll try to get some soon.

i was thinking about painting the inside of my side marker lights black. has anyone done this? i wanna know who it will look and if it will still be functional.

so i'm looking into bagging my truck and i was trying to figure out if i want to keep my drop spindles or go back to the stock ones. i've seen guys with both. i'm not sure what to do.

they get quite dark.....I would look into transparent paint instead.

bit I wanna clear mine and I got some plans for mines......

i want them to look darker. i'm just not sure if they will still be visible when i turn them on.

yea...I cant say for sure....like I said I got some plans for mine anyways....I just havent decided what all i will be doing with em yet...keep ya eyes peeled...I will be sure to do a full boat thread on it when I get the setup I want in my head turned into reality

so i bottomed out hard core the other day. i was going down a driveway and the middle of my frame scrapped and i got a little stuck. i lifted it on a rack to check out the damage and they cat was the only thing that was scrapped up so everything else was fine. but has anyone ever build a full skid plate for their truck? like it went the full length of the frame? cause i know i'll scrape more i just dont want to f anything up. does anyone have any advice about how to do it or what else i could or might want to do?

beatmymini!!!!!!...do you still have the color matched grille for your truck??????!!!!!!!!!!...i've been trying to find one since my truck get crashed a few years back!!!....the 3.0 mpv WILL bolt in to the 2.6 hole without a problem (i haven't done one yet because i haven't found a good engine)..the engine mounts are the same, the tranny bellhousing boltpattern is the same and the clutch is the same..you need to change the ENTIRE wiring harness for the truck though from the mpv along with the fuel pump....2.6 to 3.0 is easy..2.2 to 3.0 is a nightmare..you need to pretty much change everything including the frame mounts for the engine....hope this helps...the skidplate deal isn't a bad idea but mounting it without dragging the bolts off might be alittle of a pain
