dude.. i love this idea.. i have been thinin about such a conversion on my truck.. for the same reason.. how rad would it be to have earth friendly show truck... im not a tree hugger or a vegitarian or anything. im just a guy who would like to do little things to lower the amount of SHIT i put into the air..

before i do the electric. . i too was thinkin of a BIO desiel engine for the 73.. would be neat to look at and i love fries.. so its a win win..lol

So you got a grant (someone else)to pay for parts of the build; are using school time to "teach" the kids fabrication, mechanics, and several other skills; you are building a minitruck; and to top it off you are doing something good for the environment?!?!?!?!
