Been on the site for quite a while now but I am really slow to get shit done. I did an FE3 swap about 2 years ago and have not got much done since then (been busy with a pain-in-the-ass soon-to-be ex-wife, my two kids, family, work, etc, etc etc). I've been slowly accumulating parts. Got an '88 RX7 IRS, Slam Specialties RE-6s and RE-7s, 1/2 Asco valves, 5 lug redrilled front hubs, 18" chrome 350Z rims with tires.

Finally got off my ass and bagged the front. Here are some pics:

Many thanks to all you guys who have contributed to the site with write ups. I could not have bagged the front without your guys contributions. Sure did not realize how much work was involved until I started cutting. Did everything myself from cutting to welding. Even made my own bag plates! I'm so cheep!

Still have massive amounts of work to do. Future plans include finishing up the interior (doing the upholstery myself with a crappy sewing machine), installing the IRS with bags, rollpan, shaving everything, relocating gas tank to back, some form of decent stereo, at least primer if not paint, EDC.

I will update when I make some more progress.

The 350Z rims were not my first choice but picked them up for a cool $150.

Here is a pic of the passenger seat that I reupholstered. Turned out not half bad for my first attempt.

I have the rear jump seats done too just need to finish the drivers seat. These are Kia Sportage seats I salvaged from the wrecked Kia I bought. I would have used the original material but it had rainbow coloring in the fabric - not cool.

Boy I really take forever. I finally got my RX7 IRS mocked up. The rear is on jackstands and has a few more inches downward to go but here is what it looks like for now:
