Made some more progress. The IRS is still mocked up but am getting some work done. Both frame rails are where I want them and the IRS is tacked in waiting for me to make up some mounts. Got the bed cut out too. Here are some pics:
Playing hack and slash.
Tacking in some frame rails.
One frame rail welded up and the other getting put in.
Passenger frame rail.
Both rails welded in and stock frame out.
