Yea I used stock hinges, I have always wantd to do a suicide gate, even when I was puttin together ideas for my blazer...but I never expected it to be as easy as it was...


You guys got all the good updates...Now for the bad, I drove my truck for the 1st time since rehanging the muffler tonight. And when leavn the parking lot, i heard something draggin, bumpd the switch a little, still draggin... So when I walkd around to look, my bottom passenger side bar, has broken loose where i mounted the tabs...

So hopefully my boss won't care for me to run a drop cord, through the parking lot and weld it back up tomoro mornin...

decided to just have it towed back home, and assess the damage here...i broke the mounts loose on the p. side bottom bar, and the driver side bag bracket twisted off the axle...

we tore it back down and my uncle rewelded me back up while I was at work. So i will be resprayin some tomoro, and bed back on monday for a test drive. Tuesday will begin the front...

well we got the truck all back together and took out again for the 1st time since i broke the link loose...

everything seems to be holding up...even made a few ppl mad on the way back home...

that was a SHORT drag buddy, but good sparks!!

ya, I know...VERY SHORT... that vid was taken on Clinton Hwy, and there is usually cops out all over the place, and we had already been ran off from an old kroger parking lot for draggin, so we were being a little overcautious.

new phantom installed 12/26/09 and sliding rag to be installed 12/31, 1/1...have the top , just waiting til im off again

Bought my new interior off of a friend of mine, he has a mazda reg cab. So I will have to get the ext cab pieces tweeded, a carpet, and headliner and my interior will be complete.


I got all the kickpanels and the rest of the plastic, just not pictured...
