b22 to hell and back project

Heyyo, I'm gonna post on here, and on my website the updates for my 91 b22, I just got the new motor today gonna start the top end overhaul tomorrow and start dropping it in tomorrow also. I will be sure to post pics as soon as I get home. I did, paint and body work while I was waiting on the motor, so if you go on my site you can see the nasty dent near the gas tank that we pulled and yadda yadda. Anyways, the info so far on the truck is on my site...

I'm naming this project "to hell and back" for the amount of shit i've put this truck through. Wish me luck guys, as the way this truck has been for me over the past 3 years, things will be going wrong all the time.

UPDATE:

We got the motor pulled out, look at the motors side by side, as much as they are alike they are so much different. Gonna swap plenum over off of old motor, water pump, distributer, power steering pump, ac compressor, exhaust manifold, gonna regasket everything, gonna do tranny seals, oh, and I realized how bad the welding job was on my exhaust, i guess thats what I get for spending 150$ for a flowmaster setup. So im gonna end up redoing that myself.

I need to wash it, it sat out in the country for awhile, really dirty, will be doing this tommorow...

what you doing with that engine ?? what type of transsmission do u got

I rebuilt the engine, bored it to a 2.6l. I have whatever tranny comes in the 91 b22, I have no idea on name.

i meant auto or 5 speed and nice , what are you going to do with it now

Looks like a good looking project I am hoping to get mine started soon My project will be called ten step cause with my truck it seems to be two steps forward and ten steps back lol
