thanks! yeah it has very minimal flex across the whole length of the back half, and the only real flex from the notch back cause of no fish plates on the seams. The plates that go from stock to new frame really do there job.

well I suppose I'll put what I've done up, still have to build the center mount that will hold the compressors. I did the outer ones for each side, I couldn't come up with a good placement that would keep from running extra wire and line past the notch not something I wanted a big nest of hose and wire running down the frame rail. As it is I will have fuel lines and tail light wiring going back already.

Also all 8 valves will reside between the square stock that holds the air tank, and I will run plumbed like a manifold so there will be 2 1/2" hardlines feeding the valves.

the pics are blury, I keep tweaking the camera but haven't got the solution to why it sucks

well I've been at it every chance I get. Got the other lower 4 link back together, finished and capped everything, gusseted what needed to be done. Used stock shocks for mock up and they let me go from laying on a 26" diameter tire to 12" of frame clearance at the rear of the cab. I suppose thats plenty...lol I'm shooting paint on the frame this weekend, and hopefully buying a pint of future body color paint for the 4 links as well and spraying them.

I also decided to gusset the miter cut on the frame because I have a idea.......... I work in the rv trailer industry have for 8 years now. What I am thinking of doing once the truck is done is building a 7' wide by 10' long tear drop trailer from scratch to tow behind it(of course it will be bagged and lay as well)...lol

any way here is a few pics

i need to get working on my yota, and my gray maz, and the black one too lol

thanks mike, and skrapin! I think I will only be a week to week and a half from my backhalf in a month goal. Even at that it's just paint and reassembly and I can take it out for a drive/drag. As for any future progress it's going to be a battle of funds, I need different wheels to put the bed back on, need drop spindles before I bag the front, also did I say I need wheels...lmao! But once the fronts bagged I will probably wait till late fall and Z the front the 1.5", then body it this winter.

okay on the down hill now!

so now I have to wire the compressors still, wire the valves and add the front valves while I am at it. Get a better(looking) tank gauge toss the bags in and then pull the brakes to paint the drums and backing plates. Then I can hook the brake lines up and take it for a drag.
