Well I forgot my camera tonight but I wired up the shaved handle kit and started cutting and shaping my fillers. I have one filler in but still need to fill the lock hole. Ill take pics tomorrow night after I get more done.

No pics again sorry but all of the fillers are in just some bodywork to do, also my suicide hinge kit came today so they are almost mocked up. I will try and get pics tomorrow of the test fitting and hopefully final welding.

Finally some pics. Still have alot of grinding to do but turned out good, the borrowed welder is a 110 lincoln with flux wire I really hate welding with no gas but its gunna have to do. Ill try and get the other side done then Ill take another night to grind everything smooth. Dont mind the shit welds they have good penetration cant do much with flux.

No sag no wobble other than a tad of flex in the sheet metal on the door I still need to brace it a bit ill get closer pics when its all ground smooth.

ok cool im intresting in seeing how you fix the flex, the rubber that goes around the doors will also stop that to

I was talking about while its open there is very little while closed there should be non. The open area where you can get at the handle and lock is where I need to fill with sheet metal and that should take care of it.

you should be grinding the paint down before you weld. helps out alot!!

I'm not welding directly onto paint though there is baremetal all around the edges after being cut probably can't see it in the pics.
