water thermo valve hook-up

I am running the DGEV 32/36 weber.As for the water thermo valve under the intake do I still need it hooked up, if so how do I run the vacuum hoses to what do they hook to other than the large line which is obvious to what it hooks to which is just on the other side of where the inline fuel hose coming from the fuel pump.I know one of the small vacuum lines goes back to the fuel tank but what about the rest of the small lines.I think one of the lines goes to the water thermo valve but there is one more port on that valve which used to connect to the old factory nikki carb that was on it when I bought the truck but where to hook the other port coming from the WTV

If I remember right, the vacuum port goes to the thermo valve and then out to the EGR. So you don't need it if you're not doing EGR.
