Glad you got it sorted out. . .
The condensation was probably due to all the water that got trapped in the converters if the truck was pumping water out of the exhaust before you got it fixed. Probably took some time for it to clear out.
Did you replace the tining belt and water pump with this engine work?
If the truck ran hot, the thermostat is shot.
Maybe you could indicate your mileage on the vehicle with the pictures you post.
And to avoid some problems. . . I would recommend changing out the fuel filter if it hasn't been done.
It provides a lot of peace of mind.
