okay, so as per internet tuning guides: two turns out on the idle mix screw and the idle jet i think im about 1/4 turn out, will get me started... it idols just fine and i can give it throttle while its just sitting there and it makes it to about 2500rpm and sounds like its bogging out, if i keep holding the throttle steady it surges, but giving it throttle it damn near sounds like its flooding out, and its and driving down the road under part throttle it bucks and spits and jus runs like complete dog ass. but if i ease into it till floored, it spits and bucks and then catches up.. and takes off runs good

Is it a fresh install or a developed problem?
Since I don't have a Weber I was quite worried about the prospect of not helping and contributing to the demise of a Mazda! lol.

I don't understand this part at all.

1. You need to state whether theis Weber is 32/36 DGEV (like I have, which runs great, 6 years now) or some other.

2. State whether this was purchased new or used.

3. State whether you used sealer like Permatex Aviation on the gaskets (including the adapters) and used a torque wrench to tighten everything.

4. State whether you checked for vacuum leaks.

5. State whether you checked the timing, and that it is advancing correctly.

6. Remove spark plugs, tell us what they look like, maybe replace.

7. When's the last time you serviced your air cleaner?

8. When's the last time you serviced your fuel filter?

Only do 1-8 if you want help.

Runs good once secondarys are opening but like shit on primaries .... spitting and all hard as hell to go from a stop

try a rebuild on it. only a 1/4 turn out from bottumed out on the mixture screws means your running rich and can run bad like you describe.

Idle jet I thought was the bigger brass one facing pas side of Carb, idle mixture is on like the left rear corner foacing diagnally... used Carb, biggest thing is I don't understand 300 miles with nothing more than a hicchup @ 2000rpm now this

Oh its a 32/36

It was the EGR valve when mine ran like that... along with vacuum leaks on the adapter plates.

Use Permatex Aviation sealant on your gaskets, and block off the EGR - easiest place to start and rules out a lot of problems.
