Update:
Since the ECU looks clean with no obvious shorts or failures I Cleaned and reinstalled it (replacement caps. are in the mail).
It seems that cylinder 2 and 4 are not firing. Pulling the connection to the sparkplug while running made no difference. Unplugging the injector connection on the same cylinders decreased the amount of gas in the exhaust and seemed to have negligible affect on the engine as well.
I am no longer getting any errors from the ECU.
Is it significant that the misfiring cylinders are 2&4?
Could this be a timing issue? Or should I be looking at the injectors themselves?
