im pretty sure i got the tensioner on right, i got it locked into that pin and the spring is on, so im guessing thats right, and yeah i never bought a new belt, i just figured the old one was still good since it seemed in fairly good condition, and the belt was always tight when everything was put back together, and im guessing thats what its doin, i drove it down the street and it just made a jerking sound and died and would crank but wouldnt start, i checked the timing belt and on the tensioner side it was lose as for the other side was still fairly tight, so in my eyes im thinking it jumped a tooth on the timing gears, and unfortunatly i dont have a timing light but i can get one if needed
