auto trans rad in a 5 speed?

I acquired a brand new rad out of an auto trans truck does anyone know if I can just plug the two trans ports at the bottom and use it in my 5 speed?

I run an auto trans rad. in my 5-speed B, as do many others. There were some very minor fitment issues, easily sorted. The extra cooling from the second row is nice to have.

Extra ports can be ignored, or plugged. They won't let your coolant out.

You can use it without plugging them if you want to.
I didn't plug mine.

I just picked up a parts truck with a brand new rad in it, the guy had thought it was a bad rad so he replaced it but still had problems so gave up, got the truck for the cost of the rad which I needed anyways.
