Since you say that you ARE getting 12 volts to the coil positive side, let's (hopefully) rule out that circuit of the ignition switch.
You first need to determine whether your issue is spark, fuel, or compression. Confirm that the timing belt is not broken. Do this by removing the timing belt top cover (4 bolts, 10mm socket) or cranking and seeing if the distributor rotor is moving.
Second, spray in some aerosol starting fluid into the air cleaner opening or carb throat, mash down on the gas pedal, see if it runs, even for just a few seconds. Do this several times. If it runs, even just a few seconds, then points to a fuel issue. If it never starts, then likely a spark issue.
There's a pickup and ignitor in the distributor, did you replace both? Did you replace your spark plug wires one-at-a-time? Did you use a timing light or spark checker to see if there is any spark getting to the plugs?
