Okay the only test done was the cooling system. It hold pressure (15 lbs.) but there was a lot of air in the system because I had to add a lot of water. I didn't run any other tests.
It does not smoke on warm up anymore but it smokes on giving the engine throttle. It's looking like a ring job. The next test is to unplug the spark plugs one by one to see which cylinder is producing the smoke.
Do you have any other tests or ideas to help me out?
