Okay so my truck makes a grinding noise from the right front hub (Yes its hub, RFW doesn't work) I'm wondering if maybe a vacuum line or something came loose? Or if I just need to replace it? Any ideas?

little more info would be helpful. Is grinding constant, while turning, braking...

its a constant grinding whenever the truck is moving

Probably CV joints. Could be bearings, differential, or brakes too. It is only coming from one side? Might get somebody to listen from outside as you drive by slowly. If it's definitely out of one side, then that would seem to eliminate the differential. See any scoring on the brake rotors? Got material left on the pads? CV joint boots cut, and or slinging grease?

If you have 4 jack stands, you might jack it up and put it in gear and then listen for any noise. See if you can pinpoint it that way.

it definitely needs breaks. they squeak. but its possible that its the CV joints, or a mixture of things.

where is the vacuum actuator for the 4x4 auto hubs? just to rule out suspicions...

Here you go. These are the main RFW components for the 91 4x4. You will probably have additional solenoids for the fuel pressure regulator and gas tank vent, so you might need to follow the vacuum lines and make sure you have the right solenoid in hand. The Vacuum reservoir is shown for the manual transmission. On the automatic, it sits further aft, near the transfer case.
