Also pull a plug out and check the color should be light brown color, if there black its overfuelling.

Does yours rev up above idle or just start and then die.

Hold the fuel return from the rail hose with some plyers and see if that helps that will help if there is a fuel pressure problem.

Its most probably something simple

Checked ground on back it's coming of intake manifold the two temp sensors are correct. I had jumped the fuel pump and tapped on the return regulater and I could hear a change in pitch. I undid the jumper started it and it sounded better. It sounded like the rpm jumped higher but again will not run. It stays around 400 rpms when I look down.

Did you try swapping the plugs over? Did you mark them when you took them off?

Try unplugging coolant temp and then air temp and try starting it, also unplug AFM and see if it will fire.

Ok so disconnected the two sensors started up and idled for awhile but around 400-500rpms then died.

Do you have any start spray like aerostart? try spraying that while starting see if the revs pick up, if they do its a fuel type problem.

Yes I do. Ill do it when wife gets home. I plug everything back in to see if it would start no go.

Try at full throttle, (flat to the floor) and see if it will fire and run.

Also did you pull your plugs and check there color? Post a pic if you can.
