They are the cheaper bag from slam specialties I have used the re series and love them and use them in all my friends and customers rides and in my new truck I have he-6s and he-7s. I know a buddy of mine used them and switched back to the re series said that they just did not stand up like the re's. I looked at a set and to me the rubber feels and looks thinner and the ones in my friends truck did not lift as much and ya they looked liked they balloned out more almost like the old firestone bags.

I switched from the RE7 in the rear to the SS7 on my bag on bar setup, both bags work great. Its all about your setup and how you use the bags. they wouldnt be approved by DOT if they werent safe. If you stay within the technical specs and capacities you wont have any problems. Alot of people install them wrong or the angles are too extreme and thats why they tear or rip.
