Actually there was a guy over on MT that did a little performance build on his motor and he got some pretty decent numbers out of it. I think high 100's, I don't remember his name though.

Moth Balls in the gas tank?? Isn't that how they did it in the olden days??? It is napthalene and is supposed to increase octane level..., but it will probably gum up in your carburetor.
Advance your timing a bit..,, that will help with throttle response, but it will ruin your spark plugs..., and will cause pre-detonation. Eventually you will burn a hole through your aluminum pistons.

have you tried the warp propulsion system....seems to work good but I think the added weight would hinder any performance gains.

I found the warp system was quite fast, except my welding wasn't up the spec and the nacelles left at warp while I was left with a smoking truck
Hey 88, what's your budget?
Maybe we can find something for you instead of all talking rubbish

heres what i did. find you a red neck out in the sticks with a 302 then take your system you bought befor all of this and trade the system to his son and get his motor. v8 ftw bro

That'd do it

take the cam some where and have it re ground. I've heard any where from $30-100 to have a machine shop grind one. Take a junk yard head into the machine shop, and have it milled to raise the compression, usually $80-150
do a header, price can vary depending on if you buy a pace setter or fab one up.
put a better carb on it. $200-300

you can do all of the same things to a B that you can to anything else. you just have to figure it out on your own instead of find an after market company to buy the parts from.
