MY GATES

Thank you guys. I am very proud of this gate. Tickled me to death to see this massive gate stood up and both sides together. Its really nice to be given the opportunity to take pride in the things i build instead of in a factory where quality isn't important but quantity is.

man those king arch...finial baskets are a pain in the ass to get coated...but your work still loks top notch keep it coming

Sent it to powder today. hopefully instal first of next week. Got the cut out gate back from powder and it was a terrible job so they have to redo it.

WOW Justin, that hand railing is seriously cool! Wish I had those skills. Sorry to hear about the poor powder coat on the gate. Gonna suck to get all the old powder off I would guess.

To be honest rob i have no idea what he charged. ofcourse he is bitchin about not gonna make any money blah blah blah like always. The way he talks i make more off these projects than he does. I have about 15 hours in this little deal. those basket things were a freakin bitch to get in there and make it look right considering the pickets dont run through them. They are butted up on both sides. The double baskets really sucked lol. If you cant see it in the picture the top and bottom channels were punched so the pickets run through them and then welded where you cant see. You cant see a single weld in this entire project.

send the cut out gate to me i am the master at gates ...never a hook mark from hanging and nothing leaves my shop that i would put infront of my house....most my customers are local but i got a lot that drive a long way to bring stuff me so they dont have happen what happened to your redo gate.. i always tell epople you get waht you pay for... if its cheap the nexpect it to be the same quality..those baskets are a bitch on every level your work still amazes me...you should be a teacher at local voc tech with skills like that...a real craftsman

They usually do an awesome job with the powder. I think something just happen to go wrong this time or something. Not really sure.
