Powdercoating

So i have decided to pursue another business adventure that i can do at my shop on my days off from work. I have been buying up materials and tools needed to do the job and i have decided to do powdercoating. Here are the first two things i have done. The first thing i did was the go kart sprocket and then decided to use the valve cover to experiment with off my old honda engine since i swapped it out. All comments welcome.

Also keep in mind that i did nothing to the casting marks on the valve cover, so those imperfections are from factory.

I may have some things to send your way. What is the biggest part you can do?

Well right now the biggest thing i can do is probably a 15inch wheel. Im not using a very big oven right now. Wanted to see what kind of customers will be wanting work before i went out and bought materials to build a big enough oven to accomidate like motorcycle frames and bumpers and stuff. Basically going to stick with valve covers, brackets, pullys, 15inch wheels and smaller for the time being. If there is enough need for it then i will build a big oven.

How are you preparing the surface?

degreasing, media blasting, cleaning with a wash, air spray, preheating for outgassing, cleaning with a wash, air spray again, then coat

How much would you charge to do a valve cover like you showed?

What are the color options?

Still trying to ask around and see what companies are charging and figure out just how long its going to take me per cover. As far as color just let me know because it is basically endless aside from chrome.
