thanks man. just found a electric fuel pump and pressure regulator to help the efforts. do you know which line is the feed at the back of the cab. Is it the biggest out of the three?

if you have a carbed motor you should have a mechanical pump and you shouldnt have to worry about psi regulator and what not. and yes your feed line will be bigger than your return. but im not sure about the third line.

thanks. I heard you could also run an electric at low psi to help the flow. im gonna try it out. What do you think the best way to get the fuel to the carb is in the beggining. How do you prime the pump. Cuz yesterday i was tryin just with the mechanical, and i didn't have any luck. i was pourin gas in the carb but i never got the fuel from the cell to hit it.

Also man whered you get that hood, did you just mold it?

I think it is the middle line ... Its been awhile .. Id put the return line on I had 1 rust out and I just crimped it off, and the carb started to leak gas .. thinking it was getting to much pres her ... I ran a new line and never had that prob agen..

if you put a check valve in your feed line you will only need the mechanical pump and you will have to fight to start it the first time but after that the fuel will be ther ready and waiting every time you wanna start it. the electric pump is just gonna make more of a hassle. in my opinion.

I have it hooked to the middle one. It looks like the biggest. I guess I'll find out in a couple hours. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

two of the lines should be about the same size, and one smaller one, the larger are the supply & return (which you should use both), the smaller is a vent that if memory serves right runs to the charcoal canister....

thabeast is right the elect will be more trouble for ya if your just trying to get it running long enough to turn around, he's also right that it will take a bit to get the mech pump primed.......

good luck!

Yea it might be more trouble just to turn it around, but if i do it like that now It might be out and about in a month or two. I'm gettin most of the bag stuff ups today. just short on the compressor set. I have some check valves layin around too. so maybe ill do that. We will see what the day brings us.

Alright so i'm gettin fuel all the way up to my carb. However it is not dumping into the carb. Does anyone have any pics of where the feed and return lines should hook up to the carb on a b2200 stock carb. Btw this b2200 did not have a mechanical fuel pump. I have the electric pump gettin it all the way up to the carb with no problem. Just can't figure out why it isn't gettin to the carb. Please advise, i'm not too good with fuel systems.

Thanks and lots of appreciation,
