i posted up some stuff on your project thread about this bro, but now reading this check this out. one way to see if you have a blown head gasket or a warped or cracked head is crank the truck up and watch the overflow bottle, if it is bubbling than bingo, you found your problem. now, if the radiator that you installed is smaller than the one that was on it, then that will also cause some serious issues. never go smaller from stock, only go bigger on your radiator. how does the water look, is it rusty or what? you may have a clogged port somwhere in the engine. if that is the case than you should be able to free it with compressed air. just pull off your hoses and blow through the upper inlet to the engine and see if you can feel any air coming out of the outlet on the engine. let us know how it goes man.
