Check at the bottom of the radiator I know there is 2 little round plugs down by the drain plug.

I agree with nonamedsomebody. There is a wire that connects to a round plug on the bottom of the radiator.

i checked on a friends truck and found about where the wire should go and started checking wires. this is gonna sound weird maybe but somone had hooked the wire up to the o2 sensor. y i dunno now i have the wire hooked up when its grounded out the guage fully sweeps but when im driving it barely moves off cold. changed the sensor still no help. also where does the 02 sensor hook up.

wire from the o2 sensor goes around the back of the block, alongside the passenger side of the head and plugs into a square green recepticle under the front of the intake manifold. That wire goes into the computer and allows the computer to "read" oxygen content of the exhaust gas and adjust the factory carb.Dont need it if u get a Weber carb.BJ

From what I understand, this plug is for the choke heater on the OE carb.

so i have put alot of thought in this i mean hours of my time thinking about all these wiring isues for this o2 sensor and and the countless times i have fixed pain in the butt vacuum leaks im just gonna get a weber. sounds like the best thing to do. but does anyone have any ideas on the cooling temp not working
