Whats one better for the Mazda's?
Who's running what?

One is electric choke and the other uses water temperature to shut the choke off.. If you just go and google weber 32/36 you'll stumble upon many links showing you what's what and for what aplication.

The finish product! Sounds and runs good and looks good, but at idleing it sounds like it's trying to stall or skipping a beat!

I'm gonna call you and guide you thru this. BTW that wire from the back of the alternator is for your choke. but if you want to splice it elsewere, make sure is 12v on ignition only.

the wire i used for the elec. choke came from a bottom plate of the old carb. it was tapped on the side of the plate. the wire comes from a bundle of wires . what was this wire used for?

Hey, nice talking to you today Justin. That wire is for the heater plate. Does it have 12V? that's what's important and that you get the voltage at Ignition only. Although the wire that comes from the back of the alternator only gives you a 6v output it still works too.
