I had the o2 sensor go out on a car i had a while back and it caused it to flood. I just replaced it and worked good as new. Im not saying thats what's wrong with your truck, but when i was experiencing what you are that was my solution. Good luck!

Try tapping your floatbowl firmly (yet still gently) with a small hammer, Your float could be getting stuck and causing the needle to not seat properly. Or there could be a small piece of debris stuck between the needle and seat. Just a couple more things to look at.
