This is good to know, seems like i'm going to be doing a clutch replacement come spring. She doesn't like going into gear. although i've heard these transmissions don't like the cold, but i was never told what they do.

If you are having trouble getting into gear from a stop, the problem is air in the hydralic actuation. The system has to be purged.

The transmission is a big box of metal gears that run in an oil bath. You can change out the oil for a lighter viscosity if your temperatures get cold enough to make the oil hinder easy shifting while underway.

Two separate issues. Unless the clutch itself is starting to fail. . . then it isn't a transmission issue at all.
