2 1/4 exhaust???

looks really good, did you notice a big difference in power? i suspect 2 1/4" is too large for a basically stock b2200. mines FI, open element air filter with shield in engine bay, pacesetter with 2 1/4" highflow cat and back to pre-axle cherrybomb turbo muffler. i didnt notice a difference in power... and it's too loud... (well for most... i'm just sick of it now, and the extra heat from the cops it gets...lol)... adding a tail pipe to exit out from under the bed would help with that? (my muffler just dumps aiming at the ground at the axle)... in any case it is a lil bit quieter than the fart cannon i had on there before...the silencer insert helped a small touch with that, but still annoying.

If your static droped, try changing to a tailpipe out the back. I'm a little older now and kinda like my exhaust a little quieter. with my new system, I dont have that drone on the highway and its preety quite at idle but still noticable that I have an exhaust system. I'll see if I can post a sound clip later. I havent posted on here for awhile. heres a pic of my engine.

i miss drinking coffee on the way to work i did the swap (from auto to 5 speed) and hell yea there is a major diffrence in the low end.My motor was that clean after the rebulid but after a few shows and a few hundred miles it dont look that clean. but yea it looks really nice ohh yea im running 2" and it sounds nice

what kind of muffler do u have? i have 2.5 straight to a magnaflow. i think im gunna weld in a glass pack soon to add more back pressure. i cant wait to get my rebuild finished.
