Hey guys, I bought a 90' B2600i (2.6L FI) back in February. It has given me ZERO mechanical problems since I bought it. It has 146,000 miles on it, but I've maybe only put 1,200 miles on it since I got it. I changed all the fluids earlier in the summer, and 3 weeks ago I gave it a tune-up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter). I even took it on a camping trip 2 hours away last weekend. Sunday I drove it about 15 minutes away and had no problems there or back...
Monday - I get in the truck and go to start it... crank, crank, crank, turning over... but no start!

I am not getting a check engine light. I can't hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn the ignition on. I only had a chance to look at it for a few minutes because it's been cold and raining the past two nights when I got home from work. I just wanted to see if anyone here had any suggestions. I intend on looking into it further when I get a chance, but maybe you guys can point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advanced!

could be a lot of things no fuel(pump or regulator) no spark (pc or dizzy)

i dont know but do these have timing belts like the b2200????? just a guess

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what does pc or dizzy mean?

I was thinking fuel problem, but like I said, haven't really had a chance to troubleshoot. I'm not much of an engine guy, so this might be something I'm going to have to take to a shop

I know PC stands for Phlux Capacitor, but not sure about the Dizzy

lol. Yeah maybe it has something to do with forgetting to change my turn signal fluid.

Dizzy is distibutor

check the relay for the pump its in the driver kick panel...mine was anyways....or the main relay...mine did that and the main relay was blown it would turn over but never start..its on the pass. side about a 1 inch in size gold or copper in color with a 6 inch pigtail harness...something to look in to

Cool, I'll check into that tonight. I called AAA and I have free towing for the first 3 miles, so I might just get it towed to a friends shop down the street tonight.
I'll post up any results I find or they find.... that way if anyone else runs into the same problem and they come across this thread, they will know what to look for.

It was raining all day Sunday when I drove it and there is a rust hole in each fender well (can see the bottom of the carpet in the wheel wells). I haven't got around to patching the holes yet... So I hope water didn't short anything out. I didn't think it would turn over at all if it was the ECU, but like you said, maybe a relay.

I had it towed to a shop yesterday. They ran some tests and the truck is not getting spark. They checked the voltage out of the ECU and it wasn't getting anything out... so they said ECU was shot. It's all rusted at the connectors too because of the hole in the fender well. I'm assuming driving in the rain sunday got it wet and it shorted out.
On the hunt for a new ECU now...
