I only call it the Christine, cause its a Bad ass lookin Bitch for one, DUH!!!, and it has fallen on me twice and almost killed me. so.... a little story on how i got my truck. I knew I wouldnt be able to ride my motorcycle for about another year, cause i was about to leave for a military school, then i would return in the rainy season. So i decided i would sell it. I started looking around on the internet and ran across this truck for 1500$ I thought to myself, "I wonder if he would trade." I talked to the guy for a couple of days, and he seemed interested in trading. Now the bike had already been wrecked and was rebuilt with a rebuilt title and only worth about 1000$. This truck had an excess of over 7000$ invested into it. So one hell of a trade if you ask me.
Anyways, I got my 86 Mazda b2000 in the spring of 2010 and it has come a long way since i have gotten it. The entire interior was shot when i got it. It had one seat in it, and a dash board.... Seriously thats it! So the interior was completely redone and is still being worked on. It consists of Black carpet, 2 newer seats with covers, custom Woven Black Vynal Door Panels. custom paint, and relocation of the guages and swiches. This is what it looked like after the instalation of everything. I didnt get a before pic, but trust me, it was so bad that there was mold and moss growing outa the seat.
I am assuming the truck was never truly maintained all that well cause since then it has been problem after problem. I have literaly lost my rear axle twice and had to fix it on the side of the road or a parking lot (thats when it has fallen on me). Come to find out the previous owner had wooden shims inbetween the blocks and mono leafs. BRILLIANT IDEA THERE!!!
I have blown lines and had to replace them, blown numerous fittings, rebuilt the carbarator, redid the entire exhaust system. shortened it up and took out the cat convertors. currently replacing the accelarator cable, clutch, and transmission. Look under Toms Jankiest stuff on " target="_blank to see my roadside fix on my accelarator cable. LOL its funny.
just completed a ford ranger headlight conversion on it.

She is currently sitting on 18" MKW rims with 215-35 series tires
Fresh Engine Rebuild with new Tranny installed. Currently sitting just at 1000 miles.
So the next day that i got it back from the machine shop, Im cruisin down I-5 doin 60MPH and i spin a wheel bearing out on the front drivers side. Remember how funny it was to watch those movies when you see a tire go bouncing down the road and you laugh about it knowing someones fixin to crash? Thats how it was, no sooner than i see my tire pass me up I chuckled, then dropped the whole front end down. Luckely there was very minimal damage.
