lol, well, originally the fence was used to keep my old Rottweiler in, a 150lbs beast of an animal. Never had any problems till he jumped the fence during a storm, afterwards we just couldn't keep him in the yard....so we got the fence from a buddy where it was originally used to keep cows at bay. So the rottie just busted through the wooden fence we had.

But yeah, volts make you tingle, amps hurt. It's only a few amps, 1.5 at most. The dog has gotten into it a few times, he yelped and ran away, but otherwise was fine.
