The mini truck scene is kina dieing down in my opinion over here. I'm seeing less and less slammed or bagged minis on the road nowadays. Mainly primered work trucks on pathfinder rims now. Everyone seems to be into the whole jdm scene and lifted truck scene.

Anyways that body dropped datsun in our club back home inspired me to look for an old school mini and I found my whip on craigslist for only 650 bucks....that was 3 yrs ago and the rest is history.....now just putting my humpty dumpty back together again

Been awhile since I've updated. Got my drop control arms and all new balljoints put in. Also got a mini c-notch. The ride is almost cherry except I gotta notch the bed bracing above the axle cuz now it hits so I pretty much have 1/4 the use of my notch....






I also picked up this set of steel pattys that I spray painted gloss black for $60, jus needs new tires but whatever they're gonna be used as spares anyway

Thanks man! White eskies is straight attention and seperates you from the crowd. A lot of people are doing white on white on their trucks now, not to say that I started it but nobody really did it here then bam all Toyotas using import rims white on white. Haha

any time dude and yes definitely they are different haha and I think people like it so much thats why there doing it haha can I ask you when you did your grill did you just paint it any black or did you paint it a specific color to match original? the one im buying next week has the grill and center of the bumper painted chrome which doesnt look bad at all its just in my opinion its too much shine for me because the truck is a light silver color and its got the stock style rims but in chrome..so i wanna paint the grill back to as close to original color as possible

I jus used Rustoleum black primer and Rustoleum gloss black enamel. To me gloss black is gloss black. Haha but it will eventually fade and need a recoat again. Or you can go to Oreily Auto Parts and buy a can of OEM trim paint black to give it that oem semi gloss black look

Alright thanks I probably go with the oem but then again maybe not haha I just wanna get rid of the chrome look its too much on the truck because the body is light silver I gott dull it out a tad bit
