I went into a local ma and pa shop here and the owner Is looking forward to working on my bagged tbird. First place I enquired about an alignment too.

Won't be getting video this weekend. Front calipers seized up. Need new front brakes. And clutch needs adjusted. It's not full disengaging. Very annoyed at the moment.

Front brakes are done and truck is aligned.

So it is plated, inspected, and insured. Only one problem left to work out... the clutch is not fully disengaging. It's going to require some heavy modification to fix it so I can't put a timeline on it. Either the master cylinder is going to need relocated and change the linkage on the pedal, fabricate a new pedal, relocate some brackets so the pedal can come out further, or move the slave cylinder. Basically it is not getting enough throw to move the fork all the way, so I am compensating by having the adjusting rod threaded out all the way which is always putting pressure on the fork... not allowing it to come back to it's normal state.
Keep in mind I have a T5 transmission with a hydraulic conversion kit on it.

Can you take and shim the pivot ball on the transmission? It'll theoretically shorten the slave cylinder pushrod by changing the pivot point. I had to do this to a DSM of mine that's running a ridiculously heavy clutch and an aftermarket lightened flywheel

I'm not sure if that would help. I mean I can run a longer or shorter pushrod but the problem is that it isn't getting enough stroke to push the fork all the way.

Im running a hydro conversion kit from Daze Cars that looks like the attached picture

Update time. I relocated the clutch master cylinder an inch lower on the firewall (back to factory location) and I think the clutch issue is all figured out now.

My bodyshop guy came over the house last week to check out the truck. He'll be ready to bring it in for body work and paint probably within a week or two.

In the meantime, I am getting it ready for him. I removed the front valance, interior plastic, back window, etc. Unfortunately, I broke the acrylic rear window. So I am having a local window shop make me a new one.

I let me wife and friends give some construction criticism on the bed floor and they suggested I finish off the bedsides with sheet metal. I'm glad they talked me into it, because it looks a lot better.

Much better

Thanks, I think so too. Just need to grind it down and seam seal it.

Glad to hear the clutch issue is resolved and I had questioned why you didn't finish the bedsides with sheetmetal when you posted it. Now it looks finished
