1 step forward, 2 steps back. I was putting the rear brakes back on the truck and realized one of the parking brake cables was seized up. Then I attempted to bleed the brakes and the master cylinder blew. So I ordered the new parts and I'm waiting for them to come in to get the truck rolling again.

On a good note, I started it up for the first time since October. It ran like a champ. I can't wait to drive it again.

Thanks man. I appreciate that.

Since I'm posting... I'll update. I got the new parking brake cable installed and a new brake MC installed. I just need to bleed the brakes now. I am going out of town for work tomorrow and Friday, so hopefully this weekend.
The truck now has plates and insurance, and as soon as it's drivable, I will take it to a friend to get inspected. Plan to get the bed off here soon too so I can undercoat the underside of it.

I made some good progress over the weekend. I got the brakes bled and painted the front calipers. Put the wheels back on and finally took it off jack stands for the first time all winter. I took it for a 2 mile test drive and it did great.
I have some minor changes that I want to do, like switch the fan temp sending unit out for one that comes on a higher temperature. The 185 On, 175 off is making the electric fans run all the time. I also have some rerouting to do on some of the air lines. They are just a little too close to the wheels now with the rearend narrowed 2".

The bed is off and I am getting it ready to undercoat the bottom side. As soon as the bed is back on, I'll take it to get inspected and then to the painter. Still shooting for end of April.

I got the bottom of the bed floor braced a little bit more. Then I cleaned it up and prepped it for undercoating. I used the herculiner roll/brush on kit. But I am going to use the spray on Raptor kit on the top of the bed.
As soon as this dries, I can put the bed back on and take it to get inspected... then time to drop off at the painters!

Here's a couple pics of the rear suspension and plumbing. I rerouted a few airlines because the wheels were too close since I got the rearend narrowed 2".
