Had some welding done this weekend, still have to grind down the welds and do a bit of body work, but I think it will turn out alright.

Hell yeah lookin good bro! One question, did you tear old rollpan off or jus weld new one over top of it??? Ive still yet to put the one i got from Mikey on lol plus my good tailgate got stolen and Justin been raggin me to come get his...Either way I'm tryna shave my bed up like yours jus need that info... thanx

Thnx bout the rims and such all. To answer your question about the roll pan, im pretty sure it can be done either way. On mine a slit was cut in the bottom sides of the stock pan and rolled up, then welded the new pan to the bed and the rolled up part so that the new pan would fit at the bottom flush with the bed and with the stock pan remaining it sits fairly stiff. On the stock pan the license plate area had to be cut out for the new plate box to fit. So im guessing mine is a bit of both.....still there but slightly modded. The only other issue im having with the new pan is that in between the two hinges at the top seems to be pushed in about a 1/4 of an inch further than the other side of the hinge causing the pan to be flexed inward up top and outward at the bottom. I don't know if the trucks were made with that offset in the bed or maybe due to a past fender bender or what. I do know the rear bumper had been hit before and it put a small dent in the left rear bottom corner behind the bumper, but it didn't appear to alter the shape of anything else. I dunno, but my fix for this will be to stud weld the lenghth between the hinges and try to slowly pull the upper center out.

Started with the front body harness. Getting rid of unnessasary and unused wires and tucking, relocating and shortening whatever is left over. What im starting with, pulled dash and explosed all the front body, engine and emissions harnesses

Started with the front body engine bay harness tuck and trim and such

Pretty much deleted everything...... Only have two wires going across the rad now and those are wires that are needed for the HID lights. I now have the turn signals and running lights running from there respective side and have the three signal wires running on the passenger side only for the headlights. Moved the horn relay over to the driver side to shorten up the wire, will probably run it to an air horn solenoid eventually.
