Your attention to detail is enviable. Seriously, that engine bay was very clean even on the first page before you started chroming and painting every piece on it. I can't even fathom the amount of time spent. Can't wait to see it all back together.

Thank you charlesskelter, mymmeryloss, roflwaffle & everyone else for your comments. To every mini trucker out there, you inspired me to build this truck. A couple of days ago I found out that Mini Truckin Magazine closed their door. One of my goals was to be featured in the magazine. I have to admit it got me down but not enough to give up. Here are some more pictures for you guys and gals.

Incredible... Never seen this much detail in a mini truck. Lowrider guys go this hardcore and I love it, its especially nice to see it on a mini.
And I hear ya about mini truckin mag, hope its not forever. Its the only mag I buy regularly and look forward to seeing the new issue on the shelf each month when I go to the store. Ive been buying them for 16 or 17 years now.

For those who don't know: Jiffy and Tuna are buds, so Jiffy is just messin' with him !!!

This is an AWESOME build! I have so much respect for your attention to detail. It takes zen-like commitment and self control to operate on that level when most would just bolt everything together and go with it.

Keep up the great work man! You're going to have a magazine worthy show winning jewel when you're done!

Is there any way to rate this thread as a "10" and add to Tuna's user rep?

Thank you Lowlyfe, Jiffyzx6, Cusser, & Zanzer for your comments.

I've been waiting for this day for a very long time. This last Wednesday I got a phone call form my chrome plater telling me all my nuts and bolts are finished and there ready to be picked up. I'll post more pictures soon.

Nice!

Thank you alittlelow & mymmeryloss! I didn't know what size to go with. All I was looking for was something chrome or polished. I was at a car show and saw a Honda Civic with hood dampers. I took down this year make and model so I had something to go off of. I then ordered a set off Amazon. I had a good idea on how I wanted to mount them after looking at several other vehicles.
