More progress. Tore all the interior out except for the dash. Fenders and doors came off too. Have more rust to fix on the floor boards than I thought but it shouldn't be too bad. Hopefully I can get the body work all done on the cab this weekend and get it ready to prime. I only have 2 maybe 3 hours a night to work on it so it's been hard to get stuff done. Welded up some holes in both door jambs from a poor rust seal job back in the day.

I fixed a big spot on the drivers side and a small one o the pass side back in 04 when I was driving it now everything around the patches is rusting out. No work tomorrow so I'm going to stay up late and hopefully get it all fixed tonight.

Put a solid 6 hours of work in tonight and got the roof straightened, started cleaning up the floor pan on the passenger side and started fixing the doors. The roof was so faded out I had no idea how bad it was on the sides. The drivers door pretty much needs a skim coat of filler on the whole door nothing real big just little dents all over. As always pics of the progress

Got the rusty floor pan on the passenger side cut out last night and made a new patch panel. Cleaned up the edged and sprayed it with some weld through primer. Going to weld it in tonight

Got all the body work done, everything sanded down and ready to shoot some primer tomorrow! It's finally coming along. Still have to finish the drivers side floor board and fix another rust hole in the passenger side rear but I can do that later.

Bought some of that stainless door loom to run my wires to the doors for the power windows and locks and here's a pic of the passenger side floor board all welded in, seam sealed and undercoated

Got the cab and bed primed today and shot some neon looking house of kolor epoxy primer on the inside of the bed. Going to finish the drivers side floor pan next then start working on the doors.

Thanks it's finally getting somewhere. I was very close to giving up on it and it feels really good to get it back on the road. I have had this truck for close to 10 years
