Man that looks great! Are you taking it to any shows in the Southeast this summer?
mtrain   +1y
It depends. I have never been to a show like that, where are they located?

Not sure how I missed your final unveiling but it looks like I did - Great set of pics!!! Definitely a one of a kind ride. So, now that it is done I am assuming you have driven it around a bit? If so, whats it like driving? I assume a ton of power, but how is the throttle response?

Thanks guys, I did have a bit more fabricating to do after my first test drive.

The AC with the condenser in the back did blow ice cold air on the 90+ degree day.

The rack/pinion steering was good, but too twitchy so I will have to toe out the tie rods just a bit.

Also, I did try to get on the gas a bit, but had the hydraulic clutch just a bit too tight.

Biggest thing though was the turbos. After trying another romp on the way home I was greeted with a huge blast of blue smoke, and after parking a big puddle of oil on the ground from both tail pipes.

Now I rebuilt both turbos so I knew that wasn't the problem. The problem was that they were not mounted high enough to drain the oil to the electric oil return pump {which the oil pump was mounted way too far from the turbo's as well.}.

So, here are the relocated turbo's, and also a home made catch can {that I went to a bit of effort to make look good, but now think its going to have to be mounted where no one can see it....lol}
