I'm cutting my framerails out of 11 gauge plate on the laser. Once there cut and sqaured up I'll weld tge four individual places together to form a box. After welding and grinding it will look like a nice mandrel bend rail.

I can't wait to get finished! I'm going to re do the z tonight, so I'll get some pics up late tonight. Going to cut the framerails tomorrow. Thanks man!

Little flimsy, but here the template for the backhalf. I designed on paper first before I start on the computer design. Whattayall think?

Awesome work. I can only hope my Mazda build will be half as good as this one. How's that Hobart Handler 175 working out for ya? That's the same machine I have. I have to get a tank yet still. Are you running .030 wire and 25/75 mix in the tank?

The frame work was done this way to accomplish a stock floor body drop?

It just seems to me like the frame gets so small it would be very flimsy and alot of flex but I could be wrong....
